Why Us?
Collaboration is the key to our
success – we don’t finish a job until you are happy. It’s through
understanding what you need that we are able to produce a result that
is right for you. This is why we always start by meeting with you and
talking through your ideas and aspirations. The dialogue is two way
and we can talk about what other companies have done in your business
area and how successful they appear to be.
There is no charge for this meeting – it’s to set the scene for what,
together, we could do. From this we produce a proposal explaining what
your site would contain and how it would be managed. This would also
consist of a full price breakdown – the price is fixed so you know
what your costs will be. This document is detailed and if you’re not
happy with what we have offered you are free to take it wherever else
you wish.
When you are happy we would enter into a contract for the work to
commence at the fixed price given. We would expect a percentage
payment at this stage. Depending on the complexity of the contract,
other stage payments may be required but these will not exceed 50% of
the total price except for very small sites.
Our work then starts in earnest producing the graphical image for your
company – you may well already have corporate colours and marketing
material and we will incorporate these within your web design so your
image is consistent and memorable.
We will then allow you to preview your site via a web address that
only you will have access to and you will get an idea of what your
customers will be seeing.
Your site is then ready to be hosted and placed with search engines if
necessary. We have various hosting packages and there will be
one to suit your needs. Of course, you are free to place the
site with your own choice of host.
